September 12. and 13. september we are proud to offer you a Conference with Robert Brinkerhoff.
 Brinkerhoff has been a professor at the Western Michigan University where he has done a lot of research on how to measure impact from training. He has also done research on how to create impact from training and development. According to Brinkerhoff only 15 % of all the training has a positive impact on the Organization. At the Conference you will learn what to do to get an impact on your training and development.
